Can I do business in Shenzhen speaking English? Should I hire an interpreter?

I have been in Shenzhen for more than 5 years and with good English speaking .

If you want come to Shenzhen for business , welcome to Shenzhen and Welcome to China .

Normally if you choose supplier who can handle export trading to other countries , their sales will like me can speak good English and writing as well .

But if you choose supplier they not have a sales or business with international trade , then they will not speak English .
